report to evaluate the planning merits of amending the Zoning By-Law for the
property known as 1709 Lansdowne Street West from the R.1, 1e, 2e, 4d –
Residential District and from the SP.268 – Special Commercial District to
permit a limited range of Service Commercial uses in accordance with the
Service Commercial Designation of the lands in the City’s Official Plan.
